a welcome message, an explanation, and a dream

Welcome to project poetry. The dream of this blog is to create an outlet of inspiration for all poets, artists, authors, as well as any ordinary person who happens to stumble upon this small corner of the internet. This is the first post, the statement, the idea. That is all Project Poetry is right now: a dream to infuse words of passion into a world so desperately in need of life. This is a way to change the world, just a little at a time. So, join with me, and bring the beauty of the written word into the open.

    I think this blog is a fabulous idea...I'm definitely following and interested to see how this catches on! It's a refreshing idea; poetry definitely needs to be spread to touch more people.

    i tink people will be a bit apprehensive about getting caught putting up graffiti.
    it might stop them from doing it at all.
    i for one am well up for it,
    il find a good spot and try write a suitable poem for dis project.
